- Our courses are for educational and informational purposes only
- We do not provide state-issued licenses or professional certifications
- Course completion does not guarantee certification, employment, income, or business success
Subscriptions
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period after cancellation
Payments
- All payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal
- We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers
- You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including courses, videos, text, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of Chery Nail Academy LLC. No copying, reproducing, or distributing without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us or $100 USD, whichever is less.
